Uhl agency has walked us through our tornado experience. Kathy made sure we were adequately covered before the tornado occurred. I recommend Cincinnati insurance to anyone needing dependable coverage.

My boss recommended and put me in contact with one of their agents, Terri. I was in need of insurance and fast. To be honest, I didn't know what all I needed or what to look for. Terri was incredibly kind and patient with me. She provided me the info she needed and explained the process. When I would compare quotes and get confused, she was gracious enough to explain the policy and that was invaluable to me. I truly learned a lot about what I needed, what to look for, and how to be smart about reviewing quotes. Never condescending or rude, she was very kind! I didn't end up using their insurance due to my budget, but I felt like I needed to let people know how awesome UHL is to work with. It says A LOT when you are left with a great impression of a business and you didn't even get to use their services. After going through this process with multiple other agencies, I can tell you (if you're new to this) there are many who are like UHL–not sales-y or rude. They will always be on my radar again if I ever need their services. I highly recommend you check out them out!

As a young adult, The Uhl Agency has been there for me every step of the way regarding my insurance needs! I love being on a first name basis with my insurance agency and being able to call or email them whenever I am in need. My business has been a client of The Uhl Agency for 20 years. Betty Gessner and Bill Uhl are always very attentive to my needs and requests to Insure my business assets and provide my clients with the necessary paperwork they need for me to continue to do business with them. Normally, requests for items such as COI's required by my clients are taken care of almost immediately, allowing for me to quickly answer the requests of my clients. These days it is very rare that you receive this type of customer service. I highly recommend The UHL Agency for business Insurance

Recently moved back from Indiana to Ohio after being gone two years. I went to switch all of my insurance to Ohio, and was referred to the Uhl Agency. I tell you what, my experience from start to finish was the easiest move I ever made. And they searched for the best policy for me. I bought a new car shortly after, and they worked with my dealership on the details, compared my current policy at the time, and had me covered on the new car before I drove it off the lot. I didn’t even have to call! They got me better coverage and at a cheaper rate than I would have paid! Recently I purchase a home, same thing… I highly recommend this LOCAL company. Staff was friendly the one and only time I called, and that was just to make sure I was set up on auto draft because I didn’t read an email they sent me to confirm. My fault! Thanks to Mark and all the Uhl agency for making one less thing stressful in my life.

The UHL Agency really cares about its clients and goes the extra mile. These independent agents will find the company and policy that best meets your insurance needs. They are responsive and just nice people! Highly recommend.
